Behind the creation
“A Year in the Garden” is a project that began a decade ago, born from a deep love for the local landscape and the cyclical rhythm of the seasons.
Each year, seasonal knowledge is gathered on growing vegetables, wild plants, herbs, and trees – accompanied by the delicate hand-painted illustrations of Ilana Stein.
Through the meeting point between art and horticultural wisdom, unique creations emerge – inviting us to pause, observe, and live more closely with the land and the seasons.
Ilana Stein’s original illustrations, combined with her deep and growing expertise, bring to life much more than ordinary paper goods.
These creations carry with them the knowledge, scent, and spirit of the field, the garden, and the local kitchen – into the home and daily life.
Like nature itself, the work evolves, grows, and deepens its roots with every passing year.
All A Year in the Garden products are made with true love for the earth.
They are printed using eco-friendly processes – on sustainable paper, with soy-based inks, and packed with zero waste.
